Tip: Wages are comparatively good in Iceland, so it can be a great way to travel and work overseas, and return with some money in the bank!
Hospitality work placements are typically in rural farm-based guesthouses or hotels, restaurants and cafeterias. Work could be a mixture of kitchen work, housekeeping, reception, laundry, cooking, so you’ll need a flexible approach.
Placements are throughout Iceland, mostly in rural / agricultural locations.
3 - 12 months.
Minimum salary per month is around £1000 per month (after deductions of tax, accommodation and meals).
UK / EU Citizen. 18 - 30 years. Have a driver’s licence. Minimum of 1 year general work experience.
